These terms apply when you join a course or workshop at Kavi Art Studio, run by Mrs. Kavitha in Nallagandla, Hyderabad, buy one of our paintings, or use www.kaviartstudio.in. By registering for a course or buying a painting, you agree to them. If anything is unclear, please ask us before you pay.

Enrolling in a course

• We take a limited number of students, so please call us to check that a place is free before you register. How to enroll explains the steps.
• The minimum age is 5 years. A parent or guardian registers a child and agrees to these terms for them.
• Individual classes, in the studio or online, are self paced. Online group classes follow the batch's schedule.

Fees and payment

• The course fee is paid in advance and in full, by cash, UPI, card or bank transfer. The Register page shows our UPI details.
• Your enrolment is confirmed once we have checked your payment.

Validity, refunds and transfers

• A course must be finished within its validity, counted from the date you register: 3 months for basic courses and 6 months for advanced courses. We cannot extend it.
• Fees are not refundable once you are enrolled, even if you could not attend a class or finish within the validity.
• A fee cannot be moved to another course, and the course or package you chose cannot be changed. You are welcome to join another course after, or alongside, the one you are taking.

Please think about your schedule before you enroll. Hundreds of students have found the time ample.

In the studio

• Photography of paintings in the studio is not allowed.
• Please come only at your class time or by appointment.

Workshops and events

Workshops are booked on WhatsApp. The fee, date and place are shown on each event and confirmed with you when you book.

Buying a painting

• Paintings are bought through "Buy on WhatsApp". The price, framing, gift wrapping and delivery are agreed with you on WhatsApp before you pay.
• Every painting is handmade, so colours can look slightly different from the photos on screen.
