Kavi Art Studio ("we", "us") is run by Mrs. Kavitha in Nallagandla, Hyderabad. This page explains what we learn about you when you use www.kaviartstudio.in, talk to us, or join a class, and what we do with it. We keep it simple: we only ask for what we need to teach you and to stay in touch.

What we collect

• When you register for a course on our Register page: your name, mobile number, email, age, address, profession, the courses you chose, your preferred start date, the payment mode, the amounts payable and paid, and the UPI transaction ID if you pay by UPI.
• When you message or call us, for example through a "Buy on WhatsApp" or "Book on WhatsApp" button: your name, number and whatever you write to us. These messages go through WhatsApp or your phone, not through this website.
• When you browse the website: your browser keeps a few small notes for us (in its local storage) so pages load faster, such as the latest events list and a visitor pass for reading it. They hold nothing about who you are.

How we use it

• To confirm your enrolment and payment, plan your classes, and contact you about them.
• To answer your questions and tell you about events or paintings you asked about.
• To keep our own records of students and payments.

We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not send you advertising from other businesses.

Who else handles it

• Wix hosts this website and stores the registration form and our events and paintings lists.
• WhatsApp carries the messages you send us from the website's buttons.
• Google Maps shows our location on the Contact page, and YouTube, Instagram and Facebook when you follow a link to them. Each of these follows its own privacy policy.

We do not take card or bank payments on this website. If you pay by UPI, the payment happens in your own payment app.

How long we keep it

We keep registration details for as long as you are a student and for a reasonable time afterwards for our records and accounts. You can ask us to delete them at any time, unless the law requires us to keep them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Write to kavi0806@gmail.com or call +91-8106532696, and we will reply within a few days.

Children

Many of our students are children. A parent or guardian fills in the registration for a child and is the person we contact.

Changes

If we change how we use your details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
