Also, please note, that orders can't be cancelled or modified once placed.
Shipping & Delivery
As soon as we ship and obtain the Tracking ID, we will send you the same through Email. You can easily track your package on popular tracking websites.
Upon receiving the package, please record a video and send it to us while unpacking.
If there are any damages, it will serve as a proof.
Refund & Returns Policy
Since we are dealing with original paintings, we will not be able to accept any refund or returns.
Only if the painting gets damaged in transit, we can arrange a refund of frame cost.
To be eligible for this refund, you should shoot a video as soon as you get the package and start unpacking.
Without this video, we can't proceed with the refund.
